Goal: Build consistency and engagement on their Facebook Page through intentional content and visuals.

My Role: I developed a clear social media strategy and handled end-to-end content creation — from designing graphics and writing captions to scheduling posts and engaging with the audience. Each post was created to reflect the brand’s voice, add visual appeal, and encourage interaction.

Process & Tools: Used tools like Canva for graphics, Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics, and Airtable for content planning. I followed a weekly posting schedule, ensuring all content stayed aligned with their brand message and values.

Result: Within 7 days of consistent posting, the page saw a noticeable increase in visibility and engagement.

Virtual Assistance

Goal: To help the client free up valuable time by streamlining daily operations, managing essential communication, and creating efficient systems that support both business growth and personal productivity. The main goal was to reduce the client’s workload so he could focus on higher-value tasks like strategy, leadership, and creative work.

My Role: As a Virtual Assistant, I managed key areas of the client’s operations including social media marketing, appointment setting (for both podcast guests and client meetings), client onboarding, automation setup, and event management. I ensured that all communication, scheduling, and follow-ups were handled with precision and consistency, providing seamless support across multiple projects.

Process & Tools: I worked closely with the team to optimize workflows and integrate systems that simplified operations. This included transitioning from Go High Level to Wix for smoother website management and automated client processes. I also managed social media scheduling tools, handled CRM updates, coordinated event logistics, and ensured that all client interactions reflected professionalism and care.

Result: Through streamlined systems and organized workflows, the client regained an estimated 30–40% more productive time each week. Routine tasks were automated, meetings ran more smoothly, and social media activity became consistent, all contributing to greater efficiency and peace of mind.
